Javier is an associate in the Regulatory group. Javier has experience in the regulatory aspects of aviation law, representing international airlines in Mexico. Javier is in charge of obtaining permits and governmental authorizations for clients’ operations before the Mexican authorities, ensuring compliance with the regulations.
