Attorney at Law by the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Admitted to practice in 1992. He coursed post-graduate studies at the Universidad Panamericana (UP) in Corporate Law and Civil and Mercantile Procedural Law. He is currently a law professor at Universidad Anahuac. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate and business law, including extensive experience in corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase agreements, intellectual property, corporate governance, public bidding processes, foreign investment and antitrust law. Mr. Aramburu has developed substantial experience in specialized fields as franchises and estate planning.
He specializes in the analysis, elaboration and negotiation of all kinds of agreements and contracts and supports his clients in patrimonial planning, with the objective to secure their family estate and their future generations, and helps his clients in the creation and management of Family Offices.
