Admitted to practice law in 1992 after attending Law School at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He holds a post-graduate degree in in Corporate Law and Civil and Mercantile Procedural Law from at the Universidad Panamericana (UP), and has been a law professor at Universidad Anahuac and ITAM.
Fermín Aramburu has over 30 years of experience in corporate and business law, including corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, sale and purchase agreements, intellectual property, corporate governance, public bidding processes, foreign investment and antitrust law. He also has substantial experience in estate planning and supports his clients in patrimonial planning, with the objective to secure their family estate and their future generations and helps his clients in the creation and management of Family Offices.
He has practice in Aviation Law and compliance of all corporate and tax requirements.
